Health and Exercise at KGC

 

I know, I know, exercise is a pain in the butt to do but guess what ? We want to have a great body don't we ? Well let me introduce you to Mr. Brown he has the greatest advice and also the best workouts out here at KGC.  We may know him as the band instructor but he can also be a workout trainer real quick. You don't necessary have to be in band for him to train you. Whenever you hear “on yo face” or “let's meet the carpet” those are the magical words for you to get  fit. It’s good to exercise because no one trying to have no diabetes or cholesterol. Also be smart of what you eat everywhere. Make sure to eat a bowl of salad everyday or every 2 days make good meal choices. burgers and chips all that greasy food is so good but make sure you don't eat too much of that. Exercising 3 days a week it's wonderful for a good start, make sure you do it for at least twenty to thirty minutes. So if you want to have that body you dream about for the summer make sure to check in with Mr. Brown.
