Good Smile Company Gives Yoshiyuki Sadamoto’s Hatsune Miku Design Physical Form

Tuesday, September 8, 2015 - From Evangelion to Summer Wars, Yoshiyuki Sadamoto has created memorable and creative character designs that have won the hearts and praise from anime lovers everywhere. When many fans saw Sadamoto’s collaboration with Vocaloid producer, Mitchie M, to create the cover for the 2013 Greatest Idol, many were excited that the signature art of Sadamoto and the well known Japanese virtual idol Hatsune Miku clash together.

Because of the amount of praise given to the album art, Good Smile Company reveals the new Hatsune Miku figure based off Sadamoto’s design.

The figure captures the art exactly as presented, from pose to the colors. It stands 7.9 inches tall and will be released to the public in May.
