Girlfriend pressured boyfriend to commit suicide

Michelle Carter is accused of sending text messages that pressured and lead to the suicide of Conrad Roy. The messages released by prosecutors a couple days after the fateful day, show a troubled young man scared of taking his own life ,and the girlfriend he trusted relentlessly assured him that it was the right decision. According to documents and evidence found , the girl had been pressuring him for about a week before his death and the day of the suicide they were on a 43 minute phone call , at some point he exited the car out of fear , but she convinced him to get back in. His body was found in his pickup truck, where he had been intoxicated by carbon monoxide poisoning. According to prosecutors, her motive was to receive as much attention and sympathy as she could as a result of her boyfriend’s death.
