11 Year old murders 8 year old girl

The little girl murdered at White Pine , Tenn was killed by an 11 year old boy that lived right next to her. Her mother stated that she was playing outside his house with some puppies she had, and the boy which name is unknown, asked to see one of the puppies but she dejected him and left, she turned around and the 11 year old boy had his father's 12-gauge single-shot shotgun and killed her. She was taken to the hospital but it was too late. In my opinion I think it’s funny how a small 11 year old boy had the mind to kill someone at such an age in where he shouldn’t have that mentality, and also know where his father's’ gun was located.
