Caffeine
Lately, I’ve been drinking a lot of coffee in order to stay awake. But, is coffee really the best drink? Here are some pros and cons of coffee.
Pros
- Improves memory and cognition
- Helps reduce risk of diabetes
- Helps you stay awake
Cons
- May cause wrinkles
- Can cause weight gain
- Increase risk of osteoporosis
