Caffeine
Lately, I’ve been drinking a lot of coffee in order to stay awake. But, is coffee really the best drink? Here are some pros and cons of coffee.

Pros
  1. Improves memory and cognition
  2. Helps reduce risk of diabetes
  3. Helps you stay awake
Cons
  1. May cause wrinkles
  2. Can cause weight gain
  3. Increase risk of osteoporosis
